What Is real estate syndication?

Real Estate Syndication is simply the pooling of funds from multiple investors and directing those funds into a real estate investment. These funds can be used to purchase real property in its entirety or can be used as an equity contribution in combination with a commercial mortgage to complete an acquisition. Depending on your investor profile a syndication could be an opportunistic investment vehicle to enjoy the benefits of a real estate investment. A syndication provides investors with an opportunity for equity participation and a stake in the total return (cash flow and appreciation) that might not have otherwise been attainable. Our underwriters use three financial metrics to determine the performance of each investment such as Cash on Cash returns, Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Equity Multiples. Syndication opportunities are open to accredited investors only under SEC REG D 506 (C).
